Bien trop souvent, nous cherchons à l’extérieur

ce qui ne peut éclore qu’à l’intérieur.

Nous nous perdons dans des labyrinthes qui ne sont pas les nôtres,

portant des fardeaux qui ne nous appartiennent pas,

accumulant les soucis

comme si le destin du monde reposait uniquement sur nos propres forces.

Dans cet empressement à vouloir tout contrôler,

nous déplaçons Dieu,

oubliant que Son action commence là où s’arrête notre autosuffisance.

Nous cherchons loin,

dans le complexe, dans le bruit,

jusqu’à ce que l’âme, épuisée, finisse par céder.

La boussole au coeur du chaos

Pourtant, lorsque la Parole de Dieu s’enracine véritablement dans le cœur,

quelque chose de sacré se produit :

elle devient une boussole interieur.

Une force silencieuse qui nous guide

lorsque l’horizon s’obscurcit

et que la fatigue tente de prendre le dessus.

Mais attention :

cette boussole ne se révèle pas dans le chaos.

Elle ne se laisse entrevoir que dans :

• le repos du cœur,

• l’abandon de nos angoisses,

• la confiance paisible de celui qui se sait soutenu.

Comment reconnaître Sa voix ?

Elle n’est pas un cri.

Elle est une paix qui n’a pas toujours de logique.

Un apaisement dans la poitrine,

même lorsque, à l’extérieur, tout continue de brûler.

Ce qui vient de Dieu n’éclaire pas toujours tout,

mais apporte toujours la paix.

S’il n’y a pas de paix, ce n’est pas la réponse.

Avant d’avancer, prends le temps de te demander :

1. Cela me donne-t-il la paix, ou me plonge-t-il dans la confusion ?

2. Est-ce aligné avec ce que Dieu a déjà semé en moi ?

La paix confirme . La confusion alerte.

Lorsque tu chéris Sa Parole,

la solution n’est pas une destination lointaine ;

elle est une présence déjà acquise en toi.

“Dieu a déjà écrit en toi’”

ce que tu t’obstines parfois à chercher au-dehors.

Ces quelques lignes sont le fruit d’un voyage intérieur plus vaste que je partage avec vous dans mon livre. Une invitation à déposer vos fardeaux y à goûter enfin à la sérénité du cœur.

Pour conclure, je t’invite à une réflexion honnête :

Cherches-tu la voix de Dieu dans le vacarme du monde… Ou dans le refuge de sa paix?

Punch’s Story

​These days, the story of Punch went viral—a small macaque born on July 26, 2025, at the Ichikawa City Zoo. His life did not begin with embraces; his mother rejected him at birth. When they tried to integrate him with the others, they pushed him and cast him aside. But in the midst of that social coldness, Punch did something extraordinary: he never let go of this stuffed toy.

They gave him a small stuffed orangutan, and since then, he walks with it, sleeps with it, and hugs it whenever the animal world seems to tell him: “you don’t belong here.”

​How many times have we been like Punch?

​Watching that video, I couldn’t help but see my own reflection. I, too, have gone through seasons where I felt misunderstood, anxious, and abandoned by those I thought would be there forever.

That stuffed toy is not a piece of fabric; it is the weight of a promise. For Punch, it is the only heartbeat he knows in the midst of the silence. For us, it represents the certainty of God that sustains us when the world’s light goes out. I have seen Punch cling to it with the same urgency with which I have clung to prayer in my darkest nights—when anxiety is not just a word, but a coldness that tightens your chest and closes every door.

​Rejection as a Divine Filter

​Rejection is not a wall; it is a filter. God allows some people to turn their backs on us so that our hands are left empty—not so that we give up, but to prepare space for what is new.

​I remember when I was little and my mom would call me to take a bath while I was playing. To me, it felt like a punishment, a blow to my fun. I would cry, feeling like my world was collapsing, but in reality, it was a necessary cleansing. Sometimes we cling to what soils us, and God, like a loving mother, makes us let go of what distracts us because there is a greater path waiting for us.

“God prepares us so that nothing and no one interrupts our path, and so that we can receive what is truly destined for us”.​

Three lessons for you desert

As little Punch moves forward, he leaves us an immense lesson:

• ​Do not let go of your refuge: Even if the environment is hostile, seek that place of peace.

• ​Do not let go of the promise: What was told to you in the light, do not doubt in the darkness.

• ​Do not let go of God: He is the only one who does not push you away when everyone else does.

​A guaranteed victory

​Even if the world pushes you, heaven does not abandon you. Always remember: what He promises, He fulfills. No matter how many times they tell you that “you don’t belong,” you have a secure refuge to cling to.

Because your pain today is only the map toward your freedom tomorrow.
